****Important Information****

We offer maintenance contracts on your irrigation system which includes Spring Start-ups and Winterization as well as monthly checks. Our maintenance contracts also give you priority service scheduling and discounts on materials in the event that you do require repairs on your system. The maintenance contracts also eliminate the service call charge in the event that you need repairs! Call or email us for information on our maintenance contracts.

Service Call	All Maintenance and Repairs:	$ 85.00
Labor Rate	One Truck w/ Technician: Each Additional Laborer:	$ 17.75 per 15 min. ($ 75 per hour) $ 5.50 per 15 min.
Major Parts	Rain Bird 5000 Plus: (or comparable head)	$ 30.00
	Rain Bird 4" Mist Head w/ Nozzle: (or comparable head)	$ 20.00
	1" Electric Valve:	$ 35.00

2010 Spring Start-Up Prices

Spring start-up includes:

· Check every head for proper adjustment.

· Clean overgrown grass from every head.

· Check for visible leaks or pressure problems.

· Set and adjust all controllers.

Prices for spring start-up are as follows (up to 4 zones):

· 1" Water Supply - $75.00 ($5.00 per additional zone)

· 1-1/2" Water Supply - $100.00 ($16.90 per additional zone)

· 2" Water Supply - $115.00 ($18.75 per additional zone)

2010 Winterizing Prices

All winterizations are guaranteed provided we complete your start-up the following year. Prices for winterizing are as follows (up to 4 zones):

· 1" Water Supply - $75.00 ($5.00 per additional zone)

· 1-1/2" Water Supply - $80.00 ($10.00 per additional zone)

· 2" Water Supply - $95.00 ($12.00 per additional zone)
